Binova is an Umbrian company that has been operating since 1958 and has set a standard in the world of high-quality kitchens. Extraordinary care in the selection of materials, craftsmanship, and production systems, in collaboration with renowned architects and designers, has resulted in contemporary, refined products that are both functional and ergonomic. Zup managed the communication from 2004 to 2008 and also designed exhibition spaces for two editions of the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Anima Space Kitchen is a disappearing kitchen made of dynamic surfaces and spontaneous gestures that echo primordial architectures. The volumes embrace the surrounding space, becoming protagonists before disappearing. The large central structure encloses a functional lift-up cabinet that reveals all the tools used for food preparation, cooking, and washing, reminiscent of a blacksmith's or carpenter's bench. The vertical handle is designed as a subtraction of material, being integrated into the depth of the door.
